First Lite is committed to providing high-quality gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible to get you back in the field with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and insured transit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
